It has been made using a very high elemental delivery magnesium (Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Glycinate) with added prebiotic FOS (Fructooligosaccharide - which is Prebiotic Inulin). The complex contains Orafti® inulin, which is a prebiotic fibre found in Chicory root.
